When you place a coffee order, we fulfill the order within 72 hours, or 3 business days, from the time the order is placed. Even if your order is for a non-coffee item, it will take a minimum of 48 hours to process and ship. Please note that any and all shipping methods or delivery estimations start on the first full day that the order is in transit.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Scorpion Bay Coffee Co LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you're not able to locate it to file a missing package claim
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
DO NOT send any items back without first emailing us at Info@scorpionbaycoffee.com to set it up, or your returned items will not be processed. Once you reach out to Info@scorpionbaycoffee.com, you will be given the approval to return your items.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
